Weird pupil position uneven sclera

Is it even possible to fix uneven sclera? Mine look weird as hell. It kinda look like the bottom one where it look like it's pointed outward. Tried researching for surgeries to fix it but find no answer. The drawing is exaggerated of course

Maybe it’s just a lazy eye i think it’s easily fixable but it takes some time
