Weird thing i did with facial bloat

Start of the summer i was gigabloated so the entire month of august i spammed supplements, potassium and diuretics while not eating carbs and drinking a lot of water i lost all my bloat. Then school started about a month ago i stopped doing all of that, shit diet, shit sleep and insane cortisol. The thing is tho my face is literally just as lean right now with this shitty lifestyle as it was back when i was debloating every day, might even be less bloat now

i used furosemide (lasix) a few times and it made me feel like shit despite having oussama tier cheek hollownes

i will try your methods.

Try going all out on debloating for a month, stop and see what happens

It works temporary tho, water rebound is a thing with diuretics. Unfortunately I can’t take it because of having a hypotension.
