I thought Pagnoni was better before going to a visit with him, he suggested to get only Bsso when my main problem between both jaws is clearly my downgrowth , so if i had to fix my bones i would have got Bimax CCW for sure, just for this thing i think Ramieri is better lol. Also i told Pagnoni that i wanted zygo implants and he said “u dont need them” then i showed him my Ct scan where its clearly visibile that my zygos are non-existent and he said “but i have a human being in front of me now, not a skull” tf does that mean

my “zygos” that i supposedly have are just fat that stores there cause i have low set zygos, when i debloat i have 0 ogee. A maxillo-facial surgeon should understand that
