She wanna prescribe me topical first Tretonoin cream and Adapelene. Despite I told her I have been using Tazarotene the stronger one for atleast 1.5 year already.


She said if these creams still don't help after a month then she would try RF and micro needling with vit c and retinol


Only then she would consider Accutane 10mg! with blood work every 3 months
