using filler where? wesley already had the bone structure for it, to me it looks like he just hopped on roids and bonesmashed his zygos i dont think he used filler cuz his looks more like bone and being really lean compared to arab. arabs does look like filler/ bonesmashing scar tissue it doesnt really look like bone but i think there was a vid of him saying he injected ig1 lr3 into his chin and bonesmashed it but ik for sure he roided and ran test and tren and maybe yk11
