I've seen a lot of people and google say 120-150 mg/kg, but theres also a study showing that:
"In the lower-dose treatment group (<220 mg/kg), the relapse rate was 47.4% (95% CI, 32.3%-63.0%) compared with 26.9% (95% CI, 18.3%-37.8%) in the high-dose group (P = .03)... we found that patients receiving 220 mg/kg or more had a significantly decreased risk of relapse."
Could it be worth it to even push past 220mg/kg to reduce the chance of relapse as much as possible, or would this not be necessary if using topical tretinoin?
