im 13 and ive bonesmashed before i just want to know can it negatively affect some way in my bone growth if i do it before puberty.

if you’re 13 but haven’t hit puberty yet you don’t need to bonesmash yet just stick to the simple things like being healthy with your lifestyle, eating healthy, exercise well, sleep well. save the complicated stuff for later once you know you’ve really hit puberty
