I got a gym membership with 2 of my friends and we go 4 times a week, any workout tips?🙏

Basically all that matters is intensity. Do all your sets to or very near to failure. Also track your weight and reps on every exercise and try to improve every session with like 1kg or 1 rep (more if possible).

Do your weightlifting first and then just chill on an incline treadmill for 30 minutes or something
