What and how much do I take to get the ideal coloring? Melotan? Beta Carotene? Lycopene? Astaxanthin?

Don't they all give different colorings? Like anyone have the ideal coloring method lol

You said the names of everything you sholud take, but u dont need to take melanotan with beta carotene as they do the same thing but melanotan is more effective and permanent

But beta carotene doesn't give a sun tan like melotan? Thought it just gives you an orange coloring?

Not really, melanotan gives the actual golden tan look while beta carotene makes you look orange
