What are actually the benefits of having good cardio?

Ive been going for runs 3 days in a row now and im just wonder if this is worth it.

Its not like its gonna make me look better or anything. Maybe it increases lifespan, but amerifats are obese and gorge on goyslop everyday while not doing a molecule of exercise and still live to 80

Increases Nitric Oxyde so blood vessels growth
Increases recover for weightlifting
Improves sexmaxxing

improves T, health, etc. Overall every fucking movement gives benefits.

Heart health, a good socialmaxx if you can find people to do it with, not much difference than with gym except you don't gain muscle

well why u doing it 3 days in a row dumbass

i have a nature trail near me where i just run until i cbfed then walk until im ready to again, repeat. takes me an hour to get around the trail. kangaroos jump out of my way when they see me coming. the other day a dumb pair of youngling and their mum didnt hear me coming and i was right near them so they just froze staring at me as i walked past.

That is not what I meant but for your body, testosterone etc. Not stressing your body eating naturally and doing nothing daily is the best

If you have to wagie, make your cardio your commute - cycle or run to work and you are saving money and getting fitter whilst not wasting time in a car or bus.
You can eat more goy slop.
There are lots of hot girls who like running too.
