Perhaps, though as a guy of your size 75mg probably is too little. Especially if not taken with an empty stomach. You should start off with 150mg (on an empty stomach) I think.

Anyway, when I try 300mg it does lower inhibition (obviously) but also gives me ataxia. Ataxia sort of being the loss of control of bodily movement.
You can still walk normally easily but you'll be more prone to walking sorta unstable like a drunkard, which I wasn't a fan of.

Low-dose Klonopin is far superior to Lyrica honestly
