Let's say I've maxed out saturated fat/carbs and now want to top it of with 20-30 grams of monounsaturated fat. What sources would you guys recomend? Avocados are decent but have shitty window when it comes to how long they're ripe. Is there a problem with going for macadamia nut oil?

Heard good and bad things about olive oil and heard too many sources are diluting it with seed oil.

Yeah same can be up to 25% linoleic acid in some cases. Also goes rancid pretty fast. If I could get it from an award winning local source I would but not an option @ my area cause cold climate.

Too many liars, hard to find legitimate source for a reasonable price.
try to get reviews from people and experts in your area
if you cant find source from another country like Greece, Italy or Spain

Rn been prioritizing high protein nutrient dense animal foods but try to cap saturated fat at 45 grams (with high stearic acid ratio)
I will always cite this as a good blueprint though I’ve tweaked many things
