Fats, especially animals fats are important for testosterone.

You can buy ghee in Israel at some Curry Jew shop.
 
Why though
Carbs are supplementary foods and shouldn’t be eaten in high quantities. Carbohydrates store fat as well, which is why if one wants to get lean, he has to stop eating carbohydrates, or at least limit his consumption of carbohydrates. Eat lots of animal fats, it will give you all the energy and vitality you need for functioning healthily and happily.

Just eat fat in general as long as it’s not saturated fats. I agree, suger/carbs spike insulin therfore make your body go into stoarsge mode. Personally I don’t think the KETO diet is sustainable but I opt for the 5 day low carb diet and then have the final 2 days where I have some carbs.

Indeed, the ketogenic diet isn’t sustainable for the rest of your life. Which is why I previously said in this thread that you should eat very little carbohydrates. Your idea of having low or 0 carbs throughout the weekdays and having carbs on the weekend is a good one.

KETO is 25g and below

Both are good but KETO is imo unstable and cannot be followed in most countries it’s just far too restrictive. I kind of do a mix of KETO and low carb, so most days I’m doing KETO but I do have 2 days where I eat carbs in weekends for a snack but I only have cheat days once every 3 weeks

I began my diet last week and this week I fasted for around 4 days no food. As soon as I ate food my stomach acid is now burning my insides JFL so the motive is to buy gavascon and some other heartburn and acid reflux remidies as I have alwyas had that annoying gastric cancer shit

I'm less extreme than u, I am for 3 days carbs below 50g, 3 days carbs below 100g.

Tbh though I work out really hard, HIIT 5 days a week. Lift weights 2 days a week, so carbs and fat are same for me, just try and make sure total cals from both those is below 500.
 
Carbs are necessary for muscle building while fats give you more ATP or some bs so you get energy. Idk I didn't pay much attention in biology class but that's what I remember (here come the nerdcels to attack me)

It’s very intense but it was Aight. I was trying to lose maybe 30 pounds. I’m currently 96.5kg rn. In late December I was 105 but I physically look the same so there’s that… as I said I have only been dieting for like one and a half weeks but I’m adamant on getting a lot leaner by March and hopreully within 6 months I can be 12-15% bodyfat I have to make sure I don’t lose it too fast as I don’t want excess skin

Yeah I do cardio 3-5 days a week and lift for 3-4 days a week. I only stop when my body needs to recover. Due to lack of food MH body has taken longer to recover but as I just left a intense fast I cannot eat hard food for obvious reasons so I won’t be getting much protein from my soups that I’ll be having until tuseday

Yeah know what u mean, I've cut from 96 in Nov to 88 now, but I look the same, pisses me off.

I have weirdly gotten stronger though, despite lifting less often, maybe cos I only do 3-5 reps now.

I have lost strengh but I am still able to complete my reps. I could only bench 60kg for 12 on wendsday (my 3rd day of fasting) was very unsettling how weak I became in just a few days of not eating I usually do 80 for 12-15. Ima i don’t really look at the scales I go based on how much bodyfat I have lost 😞 and so far it hasn’t been much but my mum has said I have lost fat visibly

I already do that and eat omega tablets once a week (I don’t like taking tablets daily it makes your body reliant). But for the next couple days ima eat nothing but Caribbean soup until Tuesday to transition out of my intense fast so my body can acclimatise to eating again.
