I'm autistic too there is no way you can hide it but with consistent training you can mask it so it wouldn't be noticeable

it could be the way you move around or the way you talk or hand gestures you make. my friend is autistic and he’s very energetic he loves moving around he stims too and he stutters maybe one of these are your problems i could do some research for you if any of these listed are your problems

hm i’d have to know what things you do differently then others maybe you make certain face expressions do you have some friends in real life that could point out anything you do that’s different from others? if so just ask them see what they say and get back to me and i’m sure i can think of something to help you
