pros is that it gives slight inflamatioon in area where u bonesmashed for like an hour or smth and cons is literally anythinf u would expect when u hit urself in the face like a retard

it can cause redness and inflamation on your cheekbones for example, and make them look more pronounced, but goes away quick its pretty pointless
