I'm quite skinny, like ≈115 lbs at 5'7

I'm trying to better my frame and know the most optimal upper body workouts because I already do a lot of walking. I don't have machines but I have weights and want to know how to grow as many muscles as possible in the most effective and efficient ways.
Please help, thanks!

I eat a surprising amount for my size, but also please use commas so I know where the name of one workout stops and another starts. But thank you my guy

18.1 bmi is not skinny. ur a normal weight.
