There’s so many different ways to answer the questions. For your uee, i would recommend a derma-stamp on the part of your eyelids that are meant to be folded over, pair with a collagen peptide serum. Same with under eyes which are nearly impossible to make noticeable changes on, bonesmashing helps but around your orbitals it really is painful and leave marks most the time. You’re 14 so you’re going to grow your browridge and all your bones which will effect the orbitals obviously, as long as you give your body help in developing by getting an optimal diet and exercise routine. The before and after of me doing muay thai starting at 15 to even just 16, there’s a noticeable difference in bones I credit to testosterone and good rest. Hope this helps.

I train a lot, i play football want to make it pro, will it help my facial growth? I also train with my body weight and dumbbells. In total i have 12 workouts a week do i need to recover somehow apart from 9 hour sleep?

That is wayyy too much effort exerted into your muscles from football. The way growth hormone works is by selectively binding to whatever tissue is needing restored and built back stronger. You by training your muscles constantly to probably both hypertrophy and your cardiovascular capacity, almost all of your growth hormone is being focused on your muscles, leaving a lot less available for your body to develop your bones. For that reason, and the estrogen increase, the common trope of how lifting weights when young stunts your growth, and to that extent you're doing, it most likely would. If you do really get nine hours of sleep a day that is incredibly optimal and if you're 14 it makes it hard to believe. Either way, less muscle, more LDAR, more bones.
