What are some actual environmental factors that would have an effect on your face during puberty and adolescence years?

nutrition to some extent, even if you could be 6'5 but are eating like a starving child in africa and do drugs early it might look bad

Chewing foods
Being out in the sun

stress from getting mogged/abuse, raw meat deficiencies

I think nutrition and stress is the only plays at factor here but even if you age goyslop and was obese you have all those nutrients it’s like impossible to not grow
