explosive exercise like sprints, depth jumps, burpees, quick feet drills... be creative and make combos to make it funnier

short bursts of high intensity, if youre tired when doing sprints youre not apllying 100% of the force you can apply, so fewer reps and long rest periods between sets

lifting will make you more athletic and will make you more injury free, squats, pull ups, bench press... start with low reps and heavier weight and do more reps with lighter weight after, endurance is also part of being athletic not just moving fast or being strong

Practice rugby early in the morning in a park so people don’t see your trucel athletic ability. Then when you have the basics like kicking, passing and catching down join an ok rugby club.
