What are some good diuretics and dosages?

I'm probably an idiot, but i'm having a hard time finding any info on diuretics and stuff. I'm looking to add some to my IM haul tho. Any tips? I know dosage makes the poison here, how do i make sure my dosage fits me, im 187 cm and like 68kg i think. I'm not currently on anything, i will be hopping on test soon tho

and how many times a week are you supposed to take these, im thinking of doing 50mg eple and 25mg og hctz
