If you need to achieve some good productivity in short term (e.g exam preparation, exams) definitely do Vyvanse or Modafinil,

Overall, sleep is lowkey very underrated for study outcomes, so get at least 8-9 hours daily, this like scientifically helps with information processing and retention

You can consider nootropics to boost memory but honestly not an expert on that if you got money for this shit have a look for a thread on this theres a few good ones a while back

Thanks brother will try modafilin have thought about it in the past too

lock in

depending on what subject: try understanding, not just memorizing

if youre ok with working for a long period of time at once then do that, don't take breaks, keep ur momentum

Thanks brother
also try not to get distracted

when you get back from your distraction you end up wasting A LOT more time just trying to get back to the point that you left off

Like you have to waste time readjusting your brain to back to studying mode and also waste time getting back to that higher level of understanding the material. at least thats how it is for me

i only take breaks if my brain is literally not running and needs stimulation. some times its just like that unfortunately

np and good luck :D
