What are some good threads on chewing?

I remember a thread on here about some sort of "progressive-overload" with chewing. The guy started with either or Falim or Mastic, chew a few, then he went on to the second type and chewed with more and more pieces; obviously not all the details but something like that.
He wrote something very interesting about how he bled from his incisors (maybe some other teeth) and his teeth hurt like hell but he just kept chewing. In the end he had bulletproof teeth and joints and supposedly really nice lower Jaw results. Does anybody know the thread I'm talking about or similar threads on the specifics on which gum type (and hopefully which brand + where to buy with no additives or heavy metals or some shit) and how and their own personal experience?
