What are some important things to know before injecting peptides?

I know nothing about this, I have a couple peptides in my fridge and want to start injecting today, I know how to reconstitute etc. But before injecting and starting this whole journey what are some important things to keep in mind? Diet wise, health tracking wise, should I take breaks every now and then and why? etc

Also they are weak AF compared to SARMs which are weak compared to proper roids.

How important are ones base growth hormone and igf-1 levels in terms of impacting the efficacy of these things when it comes to growth of anything whether it be bone length or thickness or remodeling etc mine are on the high end of normal.

No idea. This is the cheap and not-really-proven way, if you want certainty inject HGH.

I will try the MK677/CJC1295DAC soon, but I will be going entirely off feels and gains, no blood testing. Again, if I had infinite money: HGH.
