Get a blackpilled plan by at least 2 known surgeons here (ramieri, pagnoni...) and then get the same plan done by a turkish butcher surgeon. If you need more than a bimax to ascend and can't lose bunch of your money on just a bimax do it in turkey

It was a joke, anyways im gonna get planning for the surgery at Dr. Grybauskas in Lithuania and then gonna do it in Poland or Turkey, might aswell just rob a local shop to get money and do it with rameiri
