What are the best height boosters

ive had insoles, socks, etc.
but they always have flaws
my sock ones ripped
my insoles were uncomfy,
and they got compressed
how do I fix this?

Most cheap Amazon lifts are shit. Upgrade to some PU + gel insoles for your shoes. More durable, won't flatten, won't make your feet sore. Can put some gel heel pads in your sock too if you need to take your shoes off for a social reason. You can always sew the lifts into your socks if you're really dedicated, someone did that on here a couple years ago. There are also elevator shoes which can give you like 4" or 5" of height, most expensive however.

Wear some shoes that already have a tall base, you'll be able to get 3"-4" of height from the heel insert and PU + gel insole alone depending on the shoe.
