What are the best raw foods to eat for a 15yr old?

I would suggest raw milk raw eggs raw organs ideal if you can't get organs just raw meat but when you try raw organs there's no going back it taste so good i'm waiting for my beef liver to come tomorrow it's so tasty also you can add raw honey but not too much and eat fruits also i'm getting raw butter from my grandma so raw butter is very good imp i just eat it with a spoon. raw heart tastes like muscle meat nothing special but it has a lot of micronutrients bone narrow also tastes pretty good like unsalted butter i like it.

also try to ferment raw beef liver i tried it has like a spicy taste but once you eat it you get this euphoria and kind of high you feel so good after best feeling ever.

raw eggs because i'm always late for school so i just take like 6-8 raw eggs drink only yolks and i'm good if i could afford more liver which I will be in the summer when i'm working i will be eating raw beef liver in the mornings for sure

Healthy gut you will get parasites and bacteria from raw meat which they will help you clean your gut and also improve overall health it takes time but if you a parasite quick you should be good.

raw honey is the simplest to get

U can still develop well with non raw milk, eggs, cheese, etc generally just any animal products but if its raw and high quality its an added bonus
