i'm 14 years old and starting to go through puberty I'm curious about ways to enhance my facial features naturally as I grow older Can you suggest any particular habits exercises or routines that might be beneficial at this stage I've come across terms like bonesmashing and thumbpulling but honestly they sound quite far-fetched to me additionally I'm curious about which facial features or underlying bone structures have the most impact on how we look overall
 
nothing, enjoy ur teenage years cuz sadly they don't last forever, id play as many sports as i can and make alot of friends

but the thing is I want to be better looking than I’m naturally supposed to be I want to improve my face so I don’t regret it when I’m older

Most Important things to do at your age are:
Breath through your nose not your mouth
Proper tongue posture
Good sleep and posture
Nutrition

And maybe orthodontics if you have any facial growth problems

Nothing just eat as healthy as possible all that thumbpulling shi doesn’t work just age and see where u at, rn most u can do is skincare and coloring
