I’ve been thinking about hopping on accutane, however my acne isn’t severe and only mild. so I want to try topical solutions first. I’ve been using just the cerave facial cleanser shit, but it hasn’t really helped much.

tretinoin, although its quite strong and harsh against the skin.
although i highly recommend you getting isotretinoin ( accutane ) instead as its much better.

Ru58841 + tazarotene

Now with that said if you have acne or even are just acne prone you should take accutane, doesnt really matter if its only some acne or if you have extreme cystic acne. Gobble down some isotret or ldar

it all depends on your skin type, if you have oily skin and that's your main acne causing problem - Salicylic acid will help you, if you have inflamed acne caused by bacteria Benzoyl Peroxide wash might work for you, if you want long term fix + anti aging use tretinoin but start slow and low dose. Before all of this fix your gut health and diet, and as import fix your skin barrier. Use gentle face wash (cerave has great ones for diff skin types) only at night, apply moisturizer twice a day.
