ion got a big problem in height but still wanna reach my max potential but with my face i am suffering a lil with acne , i void fats , sugar and salt , wash and moisterize daily but still have acne

fasting is rly what helped me clear my skin, also you should use cerave acne control, works wonders
 
avoid organic foods and focus on eating the max amount of processed foods you can.

probably because fasting made you avoid the food/pesticide etc that was giving you skin issue

Fasting does make your GH levels increase, but it’s for preserving your muscle mass, enhancing fat metabolism, supporting glucose homeostasis and Facilitating tissue repair and regeneration because your are not consuming enough.

Your IGF-1 levels also drop significantly.
You could say that IGF-1 is actually more important than growth hormone.
GH commences bone growth and etc but IGF-1 is what actually directly stimulates bone growth.

You are starving yourself in your growing stages where you need protein and other nutrients in order to grow, but they aren’t seen as important because they are rudimentary, but they are still very important.
