I been lifting, sometimes running, I’m following the 80/20 diet, while also getting 8-9 hours of sleep I’ve heard lifting stunts growth but does it really?

If you’re 13 just wait till 15-16 to start running gh if really concerned about height. Sleep is the biggest factor

Growth is genetics bud. Just keep doing what your doing and pray. But change that 80/20 bs and eat wholefoods only
 
no it doesnt. starving or eating at absurd deficits for prolonged periods of time do. stuff that messes with estrogen also does
