What are the risks and cons of infra orbital implants long term?

Seems to be the only semi permanent solution to shitty under eye support, I’m looking for minimal support since I’m scared of botches and my underye support is not super bad

if using peek, typical very minimal risk of infection, although in most cases it can just be removed, sanitized and placed back in
