Eplernone is going to make you excrete both sodium and potassium, if you have any knowledge on electrolyte balancing and nerve signal transmission you should know that's not very good if done improperly.

If you abuse it, or are significantly deficient on either of the minerals it is likely to fuck up your electrolyte balance and cause a lot of issues, anything from muscle cramps, weakness and headaches, to death. So yeah, use it safely.

I'd honestly drink whenever you thirsty, just go by feeling, if you get any dizziness and shit, I'd might be smart to use an electrolyte drink, coconut water or adding a pinch of sea salt to your water

You should drink 2-3 liters of water ed. On days where you want to debloat even harder limit your water intake.

You can combine EPL with low-dose furosemide.
