My lower eyelid part is like bulging more compared to the upper and it’s more visible outside. First I thought orbital decompression would help but I searched the results and it didn’t improve this. What is it and how do I fix it to where the lower eyelid just naturally camouflages with the skin and doesn’t stick out

its not aegyo sal it looks really bulgy in direct sun light. i have bad undereye support but i dont think its that, this is literally on the eyes lower eye lid
