I'm getting ghosted by a girl I went to a party with and I also don't feel like I reached my goals for looks naturally, so I'm just disappointed in that

All things considered, it went well. Was just running on a lack of sleep. Iโ€™ll have to wait with going to bed, if I go sleep now Iโ€™ll have trouble falling asleep at night and then my sleep schedules fucked again.

Yeah, day sleeping is a double edged sword, always fucked up my schedule.. i only recently got out of that cycle myself.

The threads here are hit or miss, you need something that people see and are willing to engage with.

also ill give u a discussion idea @BigBallsLarry
you should make a cutting foods discussion, like what foods you eat on a cut that taste good, low cal high protein ect, majority of this forum talks about drugs but not much talk about diet which is the most important for being lean

Had a burst of rage last night because of my hair (autism) which prevented from going to gym and instead I went for a driving and I almost ended up crashing

Todayโ€™s no different, still feel bitterness for my situation

you should make a cutting foods discussion, like what foods you eat on a cut that taste good, low cal high protein ect, majority of this forum talks about drugs but not much talk about diet which is the most important for being lean

I feel you, i sometimes don't go to school or job just cause how one specific thing looks/feels, it's an extremely shitty feeling.

I guess all you can do is pick up the pace now and don't regret yesterday.

a macro friendly discussion thread would go good doe, if it gets a lot of traction it should go to best of the best for looksmaxxing, like one guy cant just sit on his computer and give a bunch of recipes, it would be better if its a community thing, it seems u have status on here already so u would probably be able to get a lot of traction

Yeah Iโ€™ve had these shitty days before and they passed. I should treat each of these phases as tests to control my own mind and feelings since I want to become ice cold (yeah it may sound cringe but I am tired of letting my emotions ruin my stuff)

I guess at the root of it itโ€™s just that I am a lonely fucker and I get way too inside my mind and being lonely unfortunately canโ€™t be fixed, well at least not short term
