All things considered, it went well. Was just running on a lack of sleep. I’ll have to wait with going to bed, if I go sleep now I’ll have trouble falling asleep at night and then my sleep schedules fucked again.

i recon there should be discussion threads like this on best of the best, its a good way of community engagement
also ill give u a discussion idea @BigBallsLarry
you should make a cutting foods discussion, like what foods you eat on a cut that taste good, low cal high protein ect, majority of this forum talks about drugs but not much talk about diet which is the most important for being lean

Yeah I’ve had these shitty days before and they passed. I should treat each of these phases as tests to control my own mind and feelings since I want to become ice cold (yeah it may sound cringe but I am tired of letting my emotions ruin my stuff)
