What are your favorite low calorie but filling meals in a leanmaxing diet?

Title. Looking for more variety and inspiration for my diet. Doing OMAD ≤1,400 kcal
 
Fruit, sparkling water, diet sodas, chicken with low calorie barbecue/buffalo sauce.

Potatoes. Contains protein & fiber, gluten free, very filling
 
eggs beef or whole milk, and carbs like potatoes before bed

unrelated but nicotine gum/lozenges was a huge thing for me, I find that the appetite suppression is better than adderall + it's a good mood enhancer
