In this upcoming week I'm going to be a releasing a very extensive thread on the idea of raw meat consumption.

I would like to hear the forums' thoughts on whether raw meat is good or bad for you (or which side it leans to most) and why.

Tag other people for their opinions.

Good quality raw meat is probably pretty healthy for ur skin and gut

They wont change ur genetics though. And the diet is pretty expensive

Nigga the only argument for raw primal diet is that cooking destroys the water soluble vitamins in meat, a problem easily solved by supplementation

raw meat is great but raw organs are the real deal, muscle meat doesn't compare to organs in any way

idk my dad used to give raw steak to me from the time I was three and I still eat raw steak sometimes, tastes pretty good in my opinion but I also think chicken hearts taste good so I can see why some people don't like it

Would you say that eating undercooked but not raw meat with supplements is more ideal

Which raw organs.
brain, heart, liver

taste wise, raw brain can be weird at first, but heart and liver is really good.

nutrition wise all of them are elite and 20 times better than any raw muscle meat.

to be honest i started out eating raw meat (mainly ribeyes) too but eventually got my hand on organs and never looked back

good but definitely not as life changing as some make it out to be , practically no difference between a raw meat diet and simply avoiding processed foods

Supplements usually go through controlled manufacturing and lab testing to make sure the the doses are accurate. I kinda trust them

its good.

problem is natural tards saying its some godly cure. It will help clear up your skin, and keep you satiated for longer thats about it tbh.

You should still eat exogenous carbs and cycle it throughout the day when needed...ketosis isnt optimal for happiness and energy.

Yeah i eat it semi-daily, it's very affordable from farmers along with heart, i can get 1kg of heart and brain (2kg combined) for around 10 bucks.

I never eat it alone tho, usually combined with fruits, i don't like the texture lol, but everyone has their preference and some people can eat it raw with no problems.

Raw liver is amazing, especially if you get it from a good source. I also eat a traditional raw beef dish which resembles steak tartare from time to time. These do not make up the main part of my diet by any means though.

Grass fed, pasture raised, healthy non-stressed animals from a trustworthy butcher (in my case I know him personally).

I don't think it's good nor bad. Better than processed shit, yes. Better than cooked meat or other things which are typically deemed as healthy? Don't know about that. It's been jerked off by the Goatis sphere as being a cure for cancer or some kind of substance which opens your third eye, but I don't fully buy it. If it's from a safe source and a healthy animal, you can enjoy it however you like. I wouldn't just because I'm not a fan of the texture.

I've read that a lot of the time the body doesn't deal to well with it due to the meat being generally unconsumed by most people.

they're industrialized pills instead of natural food lol..

if anything, in a worst case scenario, you should only use them as an add-on to vitamins you already consume naturally (in case of deficiencies), and never as a replacement.

They're mass produced with cheap "raw" inputs, each pill costs about $0.03 to produce. The only reason you believe these are premium and 'healthy' is because of marketing and brainwashing
