ive stopped watching him like half a year ago, ive read aajonus book and next is iridology, i hate the way goatis only acknowledges empirical informations and pretends that hes been doing it for the longest, but hes great for those who are new to raw meat
Have you noticed some changes in your eyes? My eyes are brown but the right one has a green spot so I think my real eye color would be blue instead of amber but idk

In this upcoming week I'm going to be a releasing a very extensive thread on the idea of raw meat consumption.

I mentioned it because it demonstrates practical irl application

The studies you posted aren't a clinical experiment or anything..

Let me guess, you didn't even read them

Those were review articles, and the reason i linked them is that they cover all types of supplements. Clinical trials usually only cover one type.
But since u want more, here it is:

Clinical trial of B12 supplement

Clinical trial of resveratrol supplement

Clinical trail of curcumin supplement

I have read all of them btw

I eat raw meat daily.

If you source properly, handle it cleanly, especially muscle meat, the risk profile is very low. Most of the anti-raw meat takes come from people who’ve never actually tried it and are just repeating narratives they've been told. I respect the ones who are open-minded and admit they haven’t researched or experimented.

From my own experience, there’s an adaptation phase. But after a while, your palate simply adjusts and cooked meat honestly feels drier and less natural, and there is basically no reason to go back to eating cooked meat again.

For stuff like raw organs, sourcing does matter more. But when done properly, all you're actually doing is having a more natural input.
How does one know if a place is actually a good source. And also are you a us-cel?

I'm way healthier since starting a raw meat diet, but it didn't improve my looks.

Based off the votes, this forum is pretty split on opinion.

Bacteria is not bad for you tho, there isn’t such thing as a bacterial risk and muscle meat is less likely to make you feel sick since most toxins are stored in organs/fat, not muscle meat.

Look into Aajonus Vonderplanitz if you like raw meat.
I’m literally operating from Aajonus’ framework.

I'd say you don’t know with 100% certainty, so it makes more sense to think of it as a spectrum rather than a binary.

Best case for sourcing would be something like this: pasture-raised, grass-fed/finished, no antibiotics/hormones/vaccines, stress at a bare minimum, whilst slaughtered locally and fresh.
If you find a good source, you can talk to the farmer or butcher and ask how the animals are raised and fed.

If you can’t get that, I'd prioritise fresh and whole cuts whilst avoiding factory-farmed meat where possible.

And no, I'm not US-based

ngl i never really talked about raw meat on here because it seems like a very divided debate with people calling you a retard on either side
and im not educated enough

but to be honest i think its stupid to be scared of raw meat. the only raw food ive had due to lack of good sourecs is raw honey, and i absoloutely loved it, i ate the whole jar in a few days. it was from my sisters farm.
i think the only concern really is the source. if it comes from a shit source then obviously it isnt safe. if it comes from a good source, then i dont see a reason to be scared.
and there is many cases from what ive seen of people being fine and healthy after raw meat/milk

Like why? Why would you eat raw food? Dude if you are an incel, Its not like eating raw food will magicly make your problems go away or change your life... so why bother eating something that tastes awful, when you can just cook it and make it taste better...

Oh! B-but eating raw food is healthier!!:soy::soy: If it were actually superior, dont you think elites would’ve already adopted it to gain an advantage? Instead, here we are on some incel forum acting like raw food is a miracle diet that’ll magically give you an edge over normies, just because it’s supposedly healthier...

Like cmon now...

I love raw meat!

I am an amateur at it but I have been eating raw beef and wild boar for the past while alongside some liver, heart, pancreas, and some suet, alongside raw cheese. It tastes very good, and over the past few months by gut has never felt better, my skin is glowing, I no longer have any facial bloat and have semi-hollow cheeks, my eyes are much brighter and clearer, my hair is naturally textured/mallable and has a nice clean texture, and I have nice looking muscle even though i've never been to the gym in a few years (small muscle, but very noticeble nevertheless)!

I wouldn't necessarily say raw meat is 'bad'

But I don't think that it has any real benefits and not worth eating if you don't like it.
If you like it however sure do what you like and eat it.

But don't turn it into a fixation to only eat raw meat and become 'healthier' which will in turn ruin your social life and just keep you trapped in a cycle of chasing 'perfect health'
That's what these raw meat gurus don't understand.

I love it.
I used to eat raw meat but I got tired and went back to cooked meat, because it's hard to find raw meat dishes with good taste (my dopamine receptors need stimulation), does anyone recommend dishes to me?

idk my dad used to give raw steak to me from the time I was three and I still eat raw steak sometimes, tastes pretty good in my opinion but I also think chicken hearts taste good so I can see why some people don't like it
