I am so tired of ordering food from a subpar restaurant where the food is loaded with inflammatory oil, sugar, and sodium.


^This nigga eats so bland is this how white people eat at home 90% of the time??


I personally think seasoning with these is fine:

Garlic powder
Rosemary
Ginger
Cinnamon
Cayenne pepper powder
Black pepper

Main dish is scotch fillet steak with 2 fried eggs on top.
I eat about 12 folded eggs a day, cooked in a heap of beef dripping.
Lamb lung and heart platter with a little liver is extremely delicious.
If I’m still hungry I’ll have some dates with butter.

where are the natural sources of healthy carbs, and veggies???

Those are just meats aka amino acid

Just eat whatever you like. As we get older, we tend to get less enjoyment out of food (or anything really), so we consume more of it. Enjoy it while you can
