I see people say that theres more nutrients but is it worth eating it raw.

I don't want to be gullible and spam raw meat so I'd rather ask

raw meat has more nutrients, but it tastes worse
Depending on how much you cook it, rare meat saves 90% of the nutrients and medium-rare about 75-80%

all the water soluble vitamins get destroyed or reduced significantly, but it's just bullshit

it's better off eating it slightly cooked rather than raw, no need to torture yourself with it

rly not that big of a difference, steak tartare and carpaccio are so good though

Less carcinogens and most likely not processed. Eating processed meat is as detrimental as tobacco.

And if fermented it can give a lot of gut bacteria which is beneficial. But you will get inflamed by endotoxins if you do that too much.

Is there any risk of illness, I hear arguments from both sides saying you won't get sick and others saying you will.

I've tried raw beef liver before and I didn't feel Ill but I didnt have a lot

Blue rare is probably the best as well. It's still collagenous to a degree and it has almost 100% of the nutrients.

Not ilness in the traditional inflammation-cold type ilnesses. You'll get a lot of bacteria and parasites, but they are in symbiosis, so, they're more likely gonna be a benefit rather than an issue. That is why retards like @vampire lie that their friends got salmonella when in reality they most likely got some inflammation or the salmonella isn't actually harmful to them.

Well it has blood in it, if you tell your butcher to not isolate the blood. The blood is beneficial.

Speaking of blood and butchering you can go to your butcher or source of meat and ask to get blood, and since blood for them is like a residue from extracting oil [they can't dump it] they'll just sell it to you for a few cents per litre becuase it serves no purpose.

i think medium rare is the best overall since ithas the best taste and retains about 75% nutrients
raw meat is very plain and the texture isnt as firm, its like chewey sludge

just eat your steak rare to medium rare, if you cant enjoy your food in the slightest bit it just decreases the enjoyment of life (raw meat is unenjoyable).

Enter Aajonus method.

Raw butter all over the meat, raw, blue rare, doesn't matter.

Raw butter is probiotic and anti-microbactieral, as well as it's enzymes. And it also has almost 0 carbohydrates, pure fats. Insane taste, no randle cycle inflammation.
