u should lean bulk. U don't really have a lot of muscle to cut in the first place, and while cutting ur more likely to lose muscle if ur protein intake is low.

No, I meant muscles. If u cut down u would be lean and all that, but u won't have a lot of muscles, so u would just look flat. So if u just lean bulk, and then cut u would look much better.

na, also sorry for disregarding what your saying. but im js really stuck on getting lean prior and then lean bulking so i can b lean during my whole bulk, or bulk rn and get end at a high bf and then cut. im honestly not even sure what bf im at. im currently eating in a 500 calorie deficit

if u would lean bulk u would gain little amount of fat, so don't worry about that. And as I already said- Ur pretty lean, so I would recommend u lean bulking
