I’ve been cutting for a while. But I need to know what Bf% I am. And which one is ideal to see a super lean face. By my genetics my metabolism is medium paced. But I ruined it with too much cutting before

At 10% everyone tends to look very similar. You will likely have ab veins. OP is not close to 10%, if he drops another 4% it’s likely he would have them. The % points under 15% is where all the difference is made.
