what bimax surgery do I need?

I am 21 and got 10 lays with same girl and second base with another 8. But find I quite difficult to attract girls that are stacie lites. from what I researched and from a cepha analysis my maxilla is 6mm recessed and my mandible 16 . I am going to a max fax and will ask his opinion . I am trying to move my maxilla 6mm and my mandible 16mm and chin point 6mm more but I know this can only happen with ccw rotation as those movements are quite large . for now I am going to get MSE to get maxilla transverse expansion(have 38mm imw but my mandible is quite a bit wider ) . my max fax is double specialist also in plastic surgery . do you guys think I should get a rhinoplasty during bimax surgery or wait for the results ? my alar base I already at middle cantus width so with maxilla advancement it would be wider and look weird . Also one of my ramus is 6mm longer than the other and my gonial angle is 134º

on tinder I don't get matches . mainly faculty parties or just having female friends . I have quite a muscular body so that helps aswell . my face is wide from the front so it doesn't look as bad as the profile . the only thing bad from the front is the lack of malar support but that comes with maxilla recession

You should consider a deprojection rhinoplastly and a sliding genioplasty would be the most bang for the buck. The former since you have an agressive positioned anterior nasal spine and the latter because your chin is lacking projection while your mandible is decent in my opinion. Your maxilla is not optimal but not bad either. So yes, get rhinoplasty during your bimax surgery if you are going to do that.

Just talk to your max fax mate. He mogs us all into oblivion in terms of knowledge. God speed.

The bragging at the start wasn't needed, but I think you'd definitely benefit from CCW rotation. Hold out on the nose job until your face has settled from bimax as the movement changes the nose alot.
