ur putting on weight too fast and too much of it is fat not muscle. Basically ur surplus is too big or ur not hitting the right macros or are eating like shit.

yeah i can tell. Dont worry bro u just need to go on a cut for sometime till u see ur abs again then u can continue eating as normal. I had this like 2 weeks into my cycle, i was up like 4-5lbs i realzied my waste area where i could usually feel the waist bones and my abs were a bit less visible, so i had a 1-2 days of strict dieting with 0 fats and limited carbs and im good again.

Imo u cant ever go wrong or descend, cuz last time when i was like 16 when i bulked, it was a dirty bulk, i didnt track shit tbf, i never even really ahd abs to begin with back then i was just bones. Luckily now im older i can see my abs, if my abs ever dissapear when im on cycle or bulking i make sure ASAP go on a cut. I learnt ts from derek more plate more date

probably 2-3 days of a good cut, where ur eating just pure lean meat, protein bars, and like restricting calories. This is why u dont pork out on thanksgiving :lul:

yep man this is why u gotta catch urself u dont wanna just turn into a fat ass on a bulk man. People really dont realize how easy it is to develop body dysmorphia to where u wanna keep getting bigger and bigger, and more muscle and muscle to the point where u sacrifice leanness tempoarily but then end up just being fat as fuck.

Genually that dirty bulk i went on is the only reason im here with u niggas right now on this forum :lul: it got me to the lowest of lows ever

i have similiar build to u, i thought i had shit clavicles cuz my frame was small but no it was literally cuz i had like 0lbs of muscle, my collar bone and clavicles were actually pretty good, and my waist is slim. V line becomes more pronounced if ur not a bloated piggie so go on that cut

15.5% just a little more and you'll see visible abs, can tell because of the area around the waist aka love handles getting pretty lean
