fat distribution is genetic but the lower you get the more it looks the same on everyone, you will have random veins everywhere around 10% and despite the abdominal definition he doesn't really have chest veins, lower abdomen veins, or ab veins, only a few on his forearms, even his upper arms or chest don't really have any, so it can't be too low.
