what can fix a narrow face

i have a deepbite and my face is long and narrow, my lower third is VERRRY narrow and im 14. i know im being dumb but i wanted to know what surgeries are best or implants. and maybe a natural way to fix it. My dads a dentist so hes gonna scan my face and i might need mse or invisalign since i have crowded teeth and the deep bite. PLEASE im gonna rope omfg

Maybe you should get braces with springs. And after you have made your mandible a little bit larger then go on with mse
