what can i do about my shitty nose to mouth ratio

its a harmony killer ngl and my biggest flaw

my nose is 4.5cm wide my mouth is (unstreched) 5cm

my nose isnt rly bulbous or has a bump on it its just wide and my mouth narrow

i dont have much money saved atm and cope with mouth streching but not sure if it works...what nose surgeries can i get to get it narrower?
