Solution

Oral or topical minoxidil for eyebrow thickness then dye then dark brown , Latisse for eyelashes and dye those black and mt2 for skin tanning or for temp and more subtle bb cream or tinted spf. this should do the job
I recommend doing sun tanning as it is beneficial for your health and will also provide even coloring across your body(if shirtless). Peptides such as Melanotan 1 or 2 are easy to mess up and could lead you to health risks such as developing skin diseases/cancer. Doing so in the morning or night will give you less harsher UV-A, so its recommended to do so during these times.

Hope this helps!

how long daily?

how long daily?
Sorry for the wait.

It is recommended to start off spending 1 hr daily and gradually building up from there, and an upper limit of 4-5 hours if your white and longer depending on the darkness of your skin tone. This takes time to build up to of course

Another tip is to cut out seed oils from your diet because they contain linoleic acid, which when in contact with UV rays causes that "seed oil burn" where your skin burns/hyperpigments/gets skin diseases instead of naturally heating up and cooling.

Takeaways: Start off with an hour regardless of your skin color, build up slowly, 15 min max increase weekly, and cut out seed oils to avoid skin damage

Hope this helps!
