high IQ thanks, yes seed oils are always avoided as much as possibleSorry for the wait.
It is recommended to start off spending 1 hr daily and gradually building up from there, and an upper limit of 4-5 hours if your white and longer depending on the darkness of your skin tone. This takes time to build up to of course
Another tip is to cut out seed oils from your diet because they contain linoleic acid, which when in contact with UV rays causes that "seed oil burn" where your skin burns/hyperpigments/gets skin diseases instead of naturally heating up and cooling.
Takeaways: Start off with an hour regardless of your skin color, build up slowly, 15 min max increase weekly, and cut out seed oils to avoid skin damage
