Nothing. And you wouldn't even have money for surgery. That's just wishful thinking.

Go to an ortho and check if you classify for mse/marpe. It might widen ur face to fix ur tfwhr or atleast make it better. Might work might not, it wont shorten ur midface, just widen it.

Other than that its surgery in my opinion
